Is this right for you?

Marriage intensives are for couples who need more than one hour a week

You're at a crossroads

Separation or divorce has been mentioned. You need clarity — fast — on whether this marriage can work.

Trust has been broken

Infidelity, betrayal, or a pattern of broken promises. You can't rebuild trust in 50-minute increments.

Weekly therapy wasn't enough

You tried counseling. Maybe it helped a little. But the momentum kept dying between sessions.

Every intensive includes follow-ups to reinforce the work and make sure the changes stick.

Questions

Marriage intensive FAQ

Ideally, yes — but it's normal for one partner to be more ready. Reach out and we'll talk through how to approach the conversation with your partner.

Absolutely. Some couples start with an intensive because the situation is urgent enough that weekly sessions don't match the pace they need.

Every intensive includes follow-up sessions. If you want to continue with ongoing weekly therapy after that, we can do that. Many couples find the intensive gives them the breakthrough, and weekly sessions help maintain it.

A full-day intensive covers roughly the same ground as 3-4 months of weekly sessions. For couples in crisis, the time compression itself is part of the value — you don't lose momentum between sessions.
